4. Introduction
In 2012 I found myself with an opportunity to set
up my own business that worked around my
new role as a dad! Having identified a gap in
the market for on-site employee health and
wellbeing services I began utilising my existing
skills and knowledge to deliver a basic range of
health checks and seminars to local SME’s.
Fast forward five years and my team and I now
run full scale Workplace Wellbeing Programmes
across the UK with SME’s International
organisations.

Health Promotion is at the very
core of our business. Speaking
to both individuals and groups
alike on topics relating to health
improvement and wellbeing.
Much of our delivery is based
on supporting and raising
awareness for National Health
Awareness Campaigns.

We offer four levels of on-site
health check. From our highly
engaging ten minute awareness
checks to our 90 minute
executive screens there is a
check to suit all business needs.
