OVERVIEW
Mr. Dana has 10 years of construction management experience in addition to 5
years of hands on construction experience working in the fields of rough carpentry,
finish carpentry, masonry, flooring, roofing, painting, and drywall.
As Superintendent, Mr. Dana is responsible for field construction operations on his
projects, including establishing and maintaining productive working relations with
the company crews, subcontractors, architects and owner’s representatives.
PROJECT EXPERIENCE
QUEEN OF PEACE ADDITION AND RENOVATION
This project involved adding a 2nd
floor, renovating a kitchen, demolition of an existing
structure and a complete renovation of 6 acre site.

JOHN C. LINCOLN ELEVATOR ADDITION
This project involved adding a 2 stop elevator in the lobby atrium in an active facility.
This was a fast track project, and all work was performed at night.

MACY’S FULILLMENT CENTER
This project was to provide the infrastructure for a new 3 level mezzanine within an
operating fulfillment center.

OAKLAND A'S SPRING TRAINING FACILITY
This project involves the pre-construction and construction services on the complete
renovation of both Hohokam Stadium and Fitch Park in Mesa, Arizona to house the
Oakland Athletics Spring Training operations. Improvements include the demolition and
reinstallation of ball fields, complete renovations to the clubhouses in both facilities, as
well as the training space, including new hydrotherapy pools. The project will also
include the complete rebranding of the space, including all new concessions, signage,
and scoreboard to enhance the fans' experience.

This project is the new construction of a five (5) story independent senior living building
with 84-units on a five (5) acre parcel. This facility was constructed on an aggressive
schedule for Mesa Housing Associates.

This project involved a 40,000 SF renovation on a fast-track schedule for Scottsdale
Healthcare's Shea Campus

This tenant improvement project was on a 30,000 SF, 28-bed build out. The project was
completed on an accelerated schedule for Scottsdale Healthcare's Thompson Peak
Campus.

This was an addition to their existing clinic. The expansion was 65,000 SF over three
