During this time we will send you daily cost updates and drill
plods (during drilling), provide regular update reports, organise
with you regular site visits with our principal geologist, and ensure
you have peace of mind that you’re getting your monies worth and the best information provided. Our
invoices are also provided to Form 5 specifications outlining the number of samples and logistical cost
for each tenement involved.
Management and Senior Personnel Profile
Founder, Director & Principal Geologist, Andrew Hawker BSc (geol)
MAusIMM MAIG MSEG AWASM, has an association with the mining &
exploration industry spanning 30 years. Mostly associated with gold &
nickel within the Eastern Goldfields and Murchison Districts, Andrew
has also worked in the Northern Territory, Queensland, Ghana and
Ukraine. Andrew has extensive experience in resource evaluation,
surface & underground mining, exploration and project development.
Commodities in which Andrew has conducted resource evaluation for
include Au, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb, Ag & MgO. Exploration background includes
geochemistry, geophysics, RAB/AC/RC/Diamond drilling programs and
analysis for precious and base metals, REE, U & Th. Andrew has conducted these from inception with
company boards through to planning, scheduling, budgeting, arranging and training personnel, setting up
remote camps, arranging contractors, arranging the laboratory, collating results, conducting
interpretations, making recommendations and reporting back to the board. Prior to starting HGS Andrew
co-managed the Definitive Feasibility Study for Regis Resources Duketon Gold Project. The improvement of
the Moolart Well resource announced by Regis in March 2008 from 1.1moz to 2.4moz from no additional
drilling was a direct result of Andrew’s innovative approach to mineralisation interpretation. Previous
positions held were Manager – Technical & Ore Reserves for Regis Resources; Senior Geologist for Focus
Minerals; Resource Evaluations Superintendent for Bogoso Gold Mine (Ghana); Senior & Chief Mine
Geologist positions for St Barbara (Meekatharra), Mincor, Barminco, Centaur Mining & Exploration &
Newcrest. Mine Geologist positions with Eltin Minerals, North Flinders Mines, KCGM & Great Victoria Gold.

Kelvin Fox – Senior Exploration Geologist: Kelvin graduated in 1998 with a BSc in geology from University
of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Diploma in Education from Murdoch University WA. In the past 25
years Kelvin has undertaken exploration fieldwork activities directed at the discovery of the following styles
of deposits; Archaean Shear hosted Gold, Placer Gold, Archaean Magnetite, Archaean Nickel, Archaean
Vanadium, Proterozoic Base Metals, Proterozoic Manganese, Proterozoic Unconformity Hosted Uranium,
Proterozoic IOCG, Proterozoic Copper and Gold, Archaean VMS and Tertiary Calcrete hosted Uranium.
Kelvin has managed exploration teams of up to 8 geologists and 16 field assistants. Kelvin has previously
worked for Fox Resources, WMC Mt Keith, Gleneagle Gold, Newcrest Exploration and Mining Divisions
(Kalgoorlie and Telfer), Audax, Allied Mining and Processing, Cube Consulting, AusEx Mining Services, BHP
Proterozoic Copper Division, BFP Consultants, Normandy Limited-Golden Grove, Big Bell Operations, Sons
of Gwalia, Camelot Resources and Mining Project Investors.
Tim Major – Senior Exploration Geologist: Tim graduated in 1981 with a BSc from University of
Southampton, UK and in 1985 with a Masters degree from University of Leicester, UK. Tim has extensive
experience in Australia and Africa as an employee and consultant for Au, Fe, Base metals and Li mostly in
exploration, but with enough surface & UG mining experience to be dangerous. Tim has held positions
including Consultant Geologist (Cube Consulting, Aurora Minerals, Maiden Iron, Exploration Manager
(Pacific Wildcat Resources, Jabiru Metals, Gindalbie Metals, Compass Resources, Panorama Resources) and
Senior Geological positions for Consolidated Minerals and Normandy. Tim joins HGS as our iron specialist.
Ian Horne – Senior Exploration Geologist: Ian graduated from Victoria University of Wellington New
Zealand in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Ian has
extensive experience in the Eastern Goldfields, Pilbara, Murchison, Northern Territory and Sudan in Africa.
Ian has managed exploration drill programs for gold, nickel, iron, copper, zinc for the following companies:
Alara Resources Zinc Copper Project Khaniguiyah” KSA Campaign work - Saudi Arabia/ Chile / Sudan;
Southern Cross Goldfields at Battler, Copperhead, Python Gold Targets; Fairstar Resources; Crocodile Gold
NT; Gindalbie Metals at Karara; Yandicoogina RioTinto; BHPBilliton Nickel West; Goldfields Australia Ltd at
Agnew Mine Site and St Ives; Western Mining at Leinster; Giants Reef Mining, Tenant Creek NT; St Barbara
Gold Mines, Meekatharra; Herald Resources at Sandstone; Consolidated Goldmines NL at Davyhurst; Great
Central Mines, at Bronzewing; Plutonic Resources at Darlot; Herald Resources at Coolgardie Tindal’s

managed a RC & Diamond project for HGS near Darwin NT.
Geochemistry
HGS specialises in geochemistry and can perform any method from inception to interpretation and
recommendations. We do specialise in a particular method and have a track record of discoveries using
MMI (Mobile Metal Ion) geochemistry. Give us a moment and we’ll convince you of the benefits of MMI
and why we have so many clients now turning to this (low-cost and far more effective) method of
geochemistry.
MMI Geochemistry: Using quad bikes we have covered a regional area of approximately 10,000km² on

various grids from 500m x 500m, 300m x 300m, 150m x 150m and close space infill within selected areas to
50m x 50m in Western Australia’s Eastern Goldfields, Ashburton and Gascoyne, and Nothern Territory’s
Pine Creek Region. We also arrange the transportation to SGS; collation of results; interpretation,
presentation/reporting and recommendations.
Company Principal Geologist Andrew Hawker was involved with the introduction of MMI in WA under the
guidance of Dr Alan Mann at the Nepean Nickel Project south of Coolgardie WA while working for
Austminex NL (now known as Focus Minerals).
Geophysics
HGS Australia recently announced an expansion to its services to include geophysics through an association
with Core Geophysics. Core Geophysics is a boutique geophysical consulting company that strives to
provide high quality and cost effective services to reduce risk and add value.
We now have the ability to provide the full service for exploration companies through highly experienced
geologists and geophysicists ensuring you are getting maximum worth for your dollar.
Organisational Achievements
HGS has been instrumental in the recognition of many mineralised deposits in Western Australia and
Northern Territory though exploration methods. These deposits include Gold, Nickel, Uranium and REE
minerals. (Due to confidentiality agreements and that many of these deposits are not publicly announced,
HGS cannot divulge specific information). Many of these deposits have been found initially using mobile
metal ion (MMI) geochemistry in association with detailed geophysics. Follow-up drilling has identified
mineralisation and many of these projects are on-going.
HGS conducted all MMI sampling and exploration prior to 2014 for St George Mining Ltd (ASX: SGQ), and
was integral in the discovery of Nickel mineralisation. Public announcements on the MMI and exploration
are available.
HGS discovered the potential for a Kambalda Style massive sulphide nickel deposit at the Roe Hills Project
for Mining Projects Group (ASX:MPJ). Public announcements of HGS’s involvement and discovery were
announces on the ASX in 2013.
HGS has conducted many resource evaluations for gold, nickel, MgO and base metals in Western Australia,
Northern Territory, Queensland, Ghana and Ukraine. All resources were conducted to high level
geostatistical kriged models using Surpac Software and all were publicly reported.
HGS has been successful with all applications under the governments R&D rebate scheme. We have an
association with an accounting firm specialising in R&D rebates.
