Do you think vaccination is an important or just harmful substance forced by pharmaceutical companies cooperating with the governments to inject into people? A vaccine can be defined as "biological preparations that, when introduced into the body, cause an individual to acquire immunity to a specific disease” (Davidson. 7). So, for decades, vaccines have been considered one of the best revaluation in medical practice. A long time ago, people all around the world tried to fight with different kinds of fatal diseases by different ways, and one of the most Significant ways is to make a vaccine, to prevent such life-threatening diseases. The first vaccine was against the Smallpox disease. Smallpox is a highly contagious disease and caused a lot of fatalities all around the world, and it is transmitted between people by inhalation of droplets of virus or direct contact with smallpox lesion secretions (Davidson 25). It is a deadly disease, it caused blindness and permanent scars in the patients that survived. Finally, after several attempts to make a vaccine for Smallpox, Edward succeeded to produce an effective and safe vaccine in 1796 by using the cowpox vaccine to protect from smallpox. Cowpox is a disease caused by cows and transferred to a human, and Jenner's theory was based that whoever had cowpox will be immunized against smallpox (Davidson29).“Edward Jenner was an English country doctor who introduced the vaccine for smallpox. Previously a keen practitioner of smallpox inoculation.”
Then, century after century, the vaccine after the vaccine was developed for different kinds of diseases. In the 20th century, one of the most known vaccines was Diphtheria and Tetanus vaccines. Then, by using the same way of toxoid, combined Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoid vaccines were produced. Tetanus can be described as a nerves system infection that leads to spasm and contract of body muscles, especially jaw muscles which make the patients unable to open their mouths (Davidson. 44)

One of the vaccines that has been developed to combat the virus is called the Johnson& Johnson vaccine. However, today, the experts concerned with the CDC have voted against the use of Johnson & Johnson vaccine in all people over the age of 18. The decision came after weighing the risk of the vaccine and demonstrated benefits. This essay aim at explaining why the Jonson & Johnson Vaccine is not effective. The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is not effective because it can lead to serious health side effects such as blood clots. While it is a single dose and has logistical advantages, it has a rare brain blood clot combined with low palettes- a cerebral venous sinus thrombosis with thrombocytopenia (TTS). These serious health risk were identified by the Vaccine Adverseness Events reporting System which managed by the CDC and FDA. According to the CDC and FDA reports, of 8 million doses of the vaccine were administered in April, 15 patients reported cases

The Johnson & Johnson has shown 72% effectives less compared to other vaccines. The report has shown that the vaccine is not only having a72 % effectiveness generally, but is 86% effective in preventing Covd-19 and preventing severe illness and death from COVID0-19 (Stieg 1). Some report have rated it 68% effective according to the data submitted to the FDA. Other vaccines such as Moderna and Pfizer-BioNtech which require two doses have 95 % effectives at preventing COVID -19 and death as a result of COVID-19. Despite the fact the vaccine can be stored for a long time in normal fridge and only one does is required for vaccination, after getting vaccinated with the Johnson &Johnson vaccine, one can still spread the virus or contrast the virus. Besides, experts also advice against the use the vaccine for people who have allergies because it can lead to the condition worsening. Other reports from other nations have shown that the vaccine is 66% effective while still there are evidence that an infected person can still get sick (Ferran 1). Also, there are report that this vaccine is not recommended for women above 50 years. There are excellent attributes of Johnson & Johnson vaccine such as can be stored for long time, and only one does is required. However, this vaccine is not effective because it can lead to adverse health problems such as blood clot and it not favorable for women. Compared with other vaccines, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is 72 % effective while other are up to 95% effective.
