2. INTRODUCTION.
 It is caused when either your small or large
intestine is either completely or partially
blocked.
 Prevent movement of food,fluid.and gas
through the intestine in a normal way.

3. CAUSES.
 Tumor, scar tissue(adhesion),twisting or
narrowing of intestine
 Hernias and crohn’s disease
 LARGE INTESTINE CAUSES.
 Tumor which can block intestine
 Severe constipation,form a hard mass of
stool and inflammatory disease.
 Bowel disease.

4. SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT
 Cramping, belly pain, vomiting,constipation,
 Diarrhea,
 Recommend medicine and fluid through vein
 May place a tiny tube called narogastic tube
through your nose down into the stomach.
 Surgery is needed when intestine is completely
blocked or when blood supply is cutoff.
 If there is other problem the blockage may came
back if you don’t treat it.
