 After receiving the project guidelines, information from knowledge searching agency,
we hunt for the subject matter consultants & experts through our industry contacts &
other available resources
 After successfully hunting the consultants in line with the project requirement, we do
initial screening to shortlist them . We will cross check for their published information
for the authenticity & credibility.
 We will share the shortlisted consultant profiles back to searching agency. They will
return back the selected consultant profiles back to us for further processing.
 We will contact the selected consultants for their consent over email to participate in
the project with searching agency, we will complete all the required formalities with
the consultant on behalf of the agency.
 We will participate during the call of consultant & project manager as moderator.
Project Manager will call us & we will take consultant on conference call.
 We will receive the payment from search agency & we will make the agreed payment
to consultant from our-side
