the field of GSM & CDMA Repeater and other telecom Product.

1. Project Title: In House Gateway-ZigBee Based Smart Energy Gateway (BIDGELY INC)
Description: The Bidgely IHGW is a gateway device which bridges the ZigBee Smart Meters and
the IP network (over Ethernet and Wi-Fi). The GW communicates with the ZigBee Smart Meters
and retrieves the meter data and real-time and uploads to the cloud over the IP network over a
secured HTTPS connection. It runs a ZigBee Smart Energy Profile, as a In-House Display Device.
Responsibilities:
 Testing of ZigBee and Wi-Fi for all its parameters and functionality
 Giving go ahead for baseband device after checking all technical parameters.
 Preparing design document of the ZigBee.
 Design, Development & Simulation of RF circuits.
 Optimization, testing and validation of RF parameters using instruments like
Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generators. .
 Involved in software development and bug fixing for RF and GUI
 Release of designs through the Agile System.
 Preparing testing procedure and other necessary document to handover to production team.
 Doing in-house pre-compliance testing and preparing DUT for final certification.
2. Project Title: Lightbox- ZigBee Based Home Automation
Description: Lightbox consists of two major components.
 A ZigBee gateway based on ARM Cortex-M3 based SoC (CC2538). It acts as a gateway between
the IP network and ZigBee network
 A set of ZigBee nodes based on 8051 based SoC (CC2530). The ZigBee nodes comprises of
RGB, White LEDs and various sensors.
These ZigBee based nodes can be controlled by the user using mobile app, via the gateway
device.
Responsibilities:
 Design and development of Schematic, PCB and RF line-up calculation as per FCC/ CE
regulations.
 Testing, optimization and validation of RF parameters as per specifications and IEEE ZigBee
standard.
 Optimization, testing and validation of RF parameters using instruments like
Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generators
 Release of designs through the Agile System.
 Doing in-house pre-compliance testing and preparing DUT for final certification.
3. Project Title: Development and Support Skully Helmet
Description: Skully Helmet is basically a piece of art that consist of Wi-Fi, BT and GPS built
inside a helmet with an eyepiece that gives a back 180 degree view to the rider.
Responsibilities:
 Worked on system level specification and finalization of location of various RF modules so that
they will not interfere with each other.
 Schematic and PCB Designing
 Testing, optimization and validation of RF parameters of Wi-Fi, BLE and GPS using various RF
test instruments.
 Preparing RF test report.
 Helping in software development for RF testing for FCC and CE certification
 Performing conducted and radiated pre-compliance test in house and at local lab.
 Preparing documents and presenting the DUT to certification test labs.
4. Project Title: BLE Module
Description: The BLE module was built around using Nordic chipset i.e. nRF51822 having inbuilt
processor. The power variation was from 10dBm to 15dBm and used for extended range and
sensitivity of -96dBm.
Responsibilities:
 Validating the nRF51822 chipset on it evaluation boards
 Designing the Schematic and PCB.
 Testing, optimization and validation of RF parameters of Wi-Fi, BLE and GPS using various RF
test instruments.
 Interacted with hardware team
 Interacted with Realtek's firmware development team
 Optimization, testing and validation of RF parameters using instruments like Network Analyzer,
Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generators
 Release of designs through the Agile System.
 Doing in-house pre-compliance testing and preparing DUT for final certification.
5. Project Title: MDSU EOCX Head-End and CPE
Description: The aim of this project was to develop a a set of instrument basically what we call
Head-end and CPE. This system works on Ethernet over Coax technology, thus enable to get
both CATV signal and internet on the same 75 E cable.
.
Responsibilities:
 Preparing design document of the MoCA 1.1 and 2.0 standard.
 Design, Development & Simulation of RF circuits.
 Verification and testing of Circuits and system as per telecom standards using instruments
like Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, IXIA.
 Evaluation of new components and meeting with suppliers find the equivalent and
low cost components
 Release of designs through the Agile System.
 Preparing testing procedure and other necessary document to handover to production team.
Projects Undertaken: VNL (Vihaan Networks Limited)
6. Project Title: Wi-Fi and Backhaul Radio for VNL
Description: RM2425 is a product of VNL based on Qualcomm- Atheros Chipset. The project was
to develop a Wi-Fi Backhaul radio in 2.4G/5GHz ISM band and 1.5GHz band for Indian Army.
Responsibilities:
 Testing of Baseband Device i.e AR9220 and AR9280 for all its parameters and functionality
 Giving go ahead for baseband device after checking all technical parameters.
 Preparing design document and testing doc of the 802.11n radios.
 Design, Development & Simulation of RF circuits.
 Verification of Circuits and system as per 802.11 standards using instruments like
Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators. .
 Release of designs through the Agile System.
 Preparing testing procedure and other necessary document to handover to production team
 Doing in-house pre-compliance testing and preparing DUT for final certification.
 Involved in Developed ATE of all the Wi-Fi radios.
7. Project Title: Development of Standalone Wireless AP-mSolo (AP832 and AP822)
Description: AP832 & AP822 - are product of Meru Networks, Stand-Alone APs, which runs on a
Dual-core PowerPC P1020 processor and ARM core BCM953012ER processors. Both the APs use
BCM43A0 Broadcom’s wireless chip.
Responsibilities:
 Preparing HDD(Hardware Design Document),defining specification of wireless AP
 Schematic and PCB Designing
 Testing ,optimization and validation of RF parameters as per specifications and IEEE standard
 Debugging issue related to harmonic emission, Spectral Mask Failure, Low Rx sensitivity and
bad EVM.
 Preparing RF test report
 Validating the throughput via co-axial cabled link (ideal case) using variable attenuators at
different data rates.
 Validating and testing of RF performance in field.
 Doing in-house pre-compliance testing and preparing DUT for final certification.
8. Project Title: Wi-Fi USB
Description: The Wi-Fi USB module was built around using Realtek baseband IC RTL8192CU
Wifi USB dongle connected to a USB host port, the video captured by the camera was streamed via
the USB Wi-Fi dongle.
Responsibilities:
 Designing the Schematic and PCB .
 Testing, optimization and validation of RF parameters of Wi-Fi RF test instruments.
 Interacted with hardware team
 Interacted with Realtek's firmware development team
 Optimization, testing and validation of RF parameters using instruments like
Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generators
 Release of designs through the Agile System.
9. Project Title: Wi-Fi Home Gateway
Description: The WIFI Home Gateway is based on series of products based on RTL 8196C
processors & RTL 8192 RF PHY. The Home Gateway is basically a router with one WAN port, 4
LAN ports and a Wireless Connectivity.
Responsibilities:
 Testing and evaluation RF parameters of various chips of Front End Modules
 Schematic and PCB development.
 Testing and optimization of Tx and Rx parameters
 Interacted with Quality & Analysis Team for performance analysis.
 Supported Testing and Application team providing system side support.

10. Project Title: Indoor and Outdoor GSM 900 /1800.CDMA,AWS& TETRA Repeaters
Description: The aim of this project is to build a GSM Repeater with Gain of 100dB& with varying
output power of 40dB, which help in increasing the GSM Network Coverage area. These Outdoor
Repeater avoids interference of adjacent Channel to maintain the quality of signal
Responsibilities:
 Design, Development and Testing of LNA for GSM 900 Repeaters RG4, FCRG6 & RG3.
 Design, Development and Testing of Power Amplifier for GSM 900 Repeater RG4, FCRG6 &
RG3
 System Level Testing of GSM Repeater in 900 & 1800 MHz Band.
 Development of Test Plan for Indoor & Outdoor Repeater.

11. Project Title: Development and Design Of Signal Generator (9KHz-2GHz and 9KHz-
3GHz)
Description: Upgrading an available 500MHz signal generator to 3.0GHz signal Generator.
This is a Unique system developed by using mixers with no PLL to achieve high phase noise of -
132dBc/Hz. System has high spectral purity & stability. VTL 2000 and VTL 3000 are 2 and 3 GHz
RF signal Generator developed with Frequency synthesizer ADF4112 and VCO 1000-2000MHz.
System has high spectral purity and good phase noise.
Responsibilities:
 Design, development & testing of PLL using frequency synthesizer ADF4112.
 Testing of Direct digital Synthesizer to get output with resolution of 0.1Hz resolution.
 Testing of Tracking filter from 10MHz to 2 GHz.
 Testing of stripline filter from 2.0GHz to 3.0GHz.
 Making the final layouts of the RF/microwave modules after necessary modifications.
 Integrating the different modules to establish final system.

Project Title: In House Gateway-ZigBee Based Smart Energy Gateway (BIDGELY INC) Description: The Bidgely IHGW is a gateway device which bridges the ZigBee Smart Meters and the IP network (over Ethernet and Wi-Fi). The GW communicates with the ZigBee Smart Meters and retrieves the meter data and real-time and uploads to the cloud over the IP network over a secured HTTPS connection. It runs a ZigBee Smart Energy Profile, as a In-House Display Device.

Project Title: Lightbox- ZigBee Based Home Automation Description: Lightbox consists of two major components.  A ZigBee gateway based on ARM Cortex-M3 based SoC (CC2538). It acts as a gateway between the IP network and ZigBee network  A set of ZigBee nodes based on 8051 based SoC (CC2530). The ZigBee nodes comprises of RGB, White LEDs and various sensors. These ZigBee based nodes can be controlled by the user using mobile app, via the gateway device. Project Title: Development and Support Skully Helmet Description: Skully Helmet is basically a piece of art that consist of Wi-Fi, BT and GPS built inside a helmet with an eyepiece that gives a back 180 degree view to the rider. Project Title: BLE Module Description: The BLE module was built around using Nordic chipset i.e. nRF51822 having inbuilt processor. The power variation was from 10dBm to 15dBm and used for extended range and sensitivity of -96dBm.   • 5. Projects Undertaken: VNL (Vihaan Networks Limited) 6. Project Title: Wi-Fi and Backhaul Radio for VNL Description: RM2425 is a product of VNL based on Qualcomm- Atheros Chipset. The project was to develop a Wi-Fi Backhaul radio in 2.4G/5GHz ISM band and 1.5GHz band for Indian Army. Responsibilities:  Testing of Baseband Device i.e AR9220 and AR9280 for all its parameters and functionality  Giving go ahead for baseband device after checking all technical parameters.  Preparing design document and testing doc of the 802.11n radios.  Design, Development & Simulation of RF circuits.  Verification of Circuits and system as per 802.11 standards using instruments like Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators. .  Release of designs through the Agile System.  Preparing testing procedure and other necessary document to handover to production team  Doing in-house pre-compliance testing and preparing DUT for final certification.  Involved in Developed ATE of all the Wi-Fi radios. 7. Project Title: Development of Standalone Wireless AP-mSolo (AP832 and AP822) Description: AP832 & AP822 - are product of Meru Networks, Stand-Alone APs, which runs on a Dual-core PowerPC P1020 processor and ARM core BCM953012ER processors. Both the APs use BCM43A0 Broadcom’s wireless chip. Responsibilities:  Preparing HDD(Hardware Design Document),defining specification of wireless AP  Schematic and PCB Designing  Testing ,optimization and validation of RF parameters as per specifications and IEEE standard  Debugging issue related to harmonic emission, Spectral Mask Failure, Low Rx sensitivity and bad EVM.  Preparing RF test report  Validating the throughput via co-axial cabled link (ideal case) using variable attenuators at different data rates.  Validating and testing of RF performance in field.  Doing in-house pre-compliance testing and preparing DUT for final certification. 8. Project Title: Wi-Fi USB Description: The Wi-Fi USB module was built around using Realtek baseband IC RTL8192CU Wifi USB dongle connected to a USB host port, the video captured by the camera was streamed via the USB Wi-Fi dongle.

Project Title: Development and Design Of Signal Generator (9KHz-2GHz and 9KHz- 3GHz) Description: Upgrading an available 500MHz signal generator to 3.0GHz signal Generator. This is a Unique system developed by using mixers with no PLL to achieve high phase noise of - 132dBc/Hz. System has high spectral purity & stability. VTL 2000 and VTL 3000 are 2 and 3 GHz RF signal Generator developed with Frequency synthesizer ADF4112 and VCO 1000-2000MHz. System has high spectral purity and good phase noise. Responsibilities:  Design, development & testing of PLL using frequency synthesizer ADF4112.  Testing of Direct digital Synthesizer to get output with resolution of 0.1Hz resolution.  Testing of Tracking filter from 10MHz to 2 GHz.  Testing of stripline filter from 2.0GHz to 3.0GHz.  Making the final layouts of the RF/microwave modules after necessary modifications.  Integrating the different modules to establish final system.
