1. Project Title: In House Gateway-ZigBee Based Smart Energy Gateway (BIDGELY INC)
Description: The Bidgely IHGW is a gateway device which bridges the ZigBee Smart Meters and
the IP network (over Ethernet and Wi-Fi). The GW communicates with the ZigBee Smart Meters
and retrieves the meter data and real-time and uploads to the cloud over the IP network over a
secured HTTPS connection. It runs a ZigBee Smart Energy Profile, as a In-House Display Device.
3. Responsibilities:
Testing of ZigBee and Wi-Fi for all its parameters and functionality
Giving go ahead for baseband device after checking all technical parameters.
Preparing design document of the ZigBee.
Design, Development & Simulation of RF circuits.
Optimization, testing and validation of RF parameters using instruments like

2. Project Title: Lightbox- ZigBee Based Home Automation
Description: Lightbox consists of two major components.
A ZigBee gateway based on ARM Cortex-M3 based SoC (CC2538). It acts as a gateway between
the IP network and ZigBee network
A set of ZigBee nodes based on 8051 based SoC (CC2530). The ZigBee nodes comprises of
RGB, White LEDs and various sensors.
These ZigBee based nodes can be controlled by the user using mobile app, via the gateway
device.
Responsibilities:
Design and development of Schematic, PCB and RF line-up calculation as per FCC/ CE
regulations.
Testing, optimization and validation of RF parameters as per specifications and IEEE ZigBee
standard.

3. Project Title: Development and Support Skully Helmet
Description: Skully Helmet is basically a piece of art that consist of Wi-Fi, BT and GPS built
inside a helmet with an eyepiece that gives a back 180 degree view to the rider.

Worked on system level specification and finalization of location of various RF modules so that
they will not interfere with each other.

4. Project Title: BLE Module
Description: The BLE module was built around using Nordic chipset i.e. nRF51822 having inbuilt
processor. The power variation was from 10dBm to 15dBm and used for extended range and
sensitivity of -96dBm.

Description: RM2425 is a product of VNL based on Qualcomm- Atheros Chipset. The project was
to develop a Wi-Fi Backhaul radio in 2.4G/5GHz ISM band and 1.5GHz band for Indian Army.
Responsibilities:
Testing of Baseband Device i.e AR9220 and AR9280 for all its parameters and functionality
Giving go ahead for baseband device after checking all technical parameters.
Preparing design document and testing doc of the 802.11n radios.
Design, Development & Simulation of RF circuits.

Description: AP832 & AP822 - are product of Meru Networks, Stand-Alone APs, which runs on a
Dual-core PowerPC P1020 processor and ARM core BCM953012ER processors. Both the APs use
BCM43A0 Broadcom’s wireless chip.
Responsibilities:
Preparing HDD(Hardware Design Document),defining specification of wireless AP
Schematic and PCB Designing
Testing ,optimization and validation of RF parameters as per specifications and IEEE standard
Debugging issue related to harmonic emission, Spectral Mask Failure, Low Rx sensitivity and

Description: The Wi-Fi USB module was built around using Realtek baseband IC RTL8192CU

11. Project Title: Development and Design Of Signal Generator (9KHz-2GHz and 9KHz-
3GHz)
Description: Upgrading an available 500MHz signal generator to 3.0GHz signal Generator.
This is a Unique system developed by using mixers with no PLL to achieve high phase noise of -
132dBc/Hz. System has high spectral purity & stability. VTL 2000 and VTL 3000 are 2 and 3 GHz
RF signal Generator developed with Frequency synthesizer ADF4112 and VCO 1000-2000MHz.
System has high spectral purity and good phase noise.
Responsibilities:
Design, development & testing of PLL using frequency synthesizer ADF4112.
Testing of Direct digital Synthesizer to get output with resolution of 0.1Hz resolution.
Testing of Tracking filter from 10MHz to 2 GHz.
Testing of stripline filter from 2.0GHz to 3.0GHz.
