1. Activities related to QC Department:
Inspire structure through his/her own example and by maintaining a highly
professional climate
Inform the QC Manager on the evolution of the projects in the Unit and forecasted
needs by planned or ad hoc meetings, bringing the potential expenses in for validation
Weekly updates of the WW QC Planning according to projects and resources
repartition
Attend the meetings on the internal organization of the department
Is in permanent contact with the QCC of the other unit to ensure that the department is
in continuous development and in global coherence
Mediate together with the QC Manager any conflict that might appear in the teams
Work with Management, QC Leads and HR teams on establishing and evaluating
team performances according to the settled salary and bonus strategy, identifying
motivation levers for all the levels within the structure
Anticipate with QC Manager and HR teams the needed resources and training,
proposing plans for short and long terms
Attend the interviewing of new employees and see for them to match the profile
needed by the studio
Activities related to Unit:
Inspire the Unit through his/her own exemplarity and professional attitude
Coordinate the QC teams in the Unit, planning together with the QC Manager the
resource needs and internal project allocation
Responsible for the share, correct implementation and supervision of the methods and
procedures that are being used in the Unit
Formulate and apply effective QC methodologies and testing procedures in the Unit to
ensure the highest quality with maximum efficiency based on best practices (from
training to tests cases and testing methods)
Follow Unit projects, working with the QC Leads to have a good overview on all
projects and anticipate any arising procedural or administrative problems
Evaluate the QC Leads in the Unit and grant the levels accordingly
Attend the recurring evaluation of the members in the Unit teams, validating the
bonuses and sanctions where needed, ensuring of their objectivity
Oversee the communication with the administrative departments related to the Unit.
Ensures the administrative problems get fixed
Update the Unit teams resource planning in real time based on the information
received from the production teams
Evaluate, analyse and solve the necessities for procedures in the Unit
Ensure of the professional growth of the Unit’s members by granting them equal
chances in taking part in trainings that are being organized either inside or outside the
Unit
Analyse and try to solve the financial problems the members of the Unit might have
before escalating them to QC Manager
Provide professional counselling for the members of the Unit
Mediate any conflict that might appear in the Unit
Supervise the days off taken by the members of the Unit
Supervise the necessity for overtime work
Aim for the continuous improving of the Unit’s activity
2. React on own intent when noticing the infringement of the studio or social regulations

Activities related to Projects in the Unit:
Lead and supervise the starting of each project by direct participation in the initial
conference calls/communication emails
Supervise the creation of the test plan so that all the procedures are followed. Trains
the QC Leads in order to have a good view on the needed documents
Approve the test plan and estimate the resources (both human and hardware) before
the beginning of the testing process. Assign the resources needed for the tests
Adjust the resources assignation when problems appear with the structure of the
project or the team, so that all deadlines can be met
Supervise the adjustments made to the test plan that might influence the deadline and
the testing process and plan these adjustments in advance
Supervise the security protocols of the tested versions confining to the existing
security policies that are being applied in the department
Supervise the certification processes during the testing period according to the
internal certification regulations
Intervene if the test team did not receive all the needed information that they asked for
Supervise the mailing that occurs between QC Leads and Producers
Observe any problem related to the quality of each project, making the necessary
steps when the quality and quantity of the bugs does not answer to the projects needs
at a given moment
