Presented in the ER with in ability to bear weight on left leg and severe pain in the
right hand(stitches applied).
Radiograph showed Left Tibia + Fibula fracture ( 42-A1 Left)
A/C pain at the fracture site and pain in the left hand.
The patient is vitally stable.
O/E:
- The dressing is dry and intact.
- Loss of sensation on ulnar nerve distribution.
- DNV status intact.
-CR normal.
LABS HB 14.4 , ESR 30 , V/M non reactive
USG of hand shows no evidence of ulnar nerve damage
Plan:
Bactigrass dressing applied on the hand.
