Ingredients:
2 large flour tortilla wraps
1 Avocado, mashed
1/2 cup grated cheddar
cheese
Instructions:
1. Sprinkle half of the cheese on one
of the tortilla wraps
2. Add the mashed avocado and spread to edges
3. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese
4. Add second tortilla on top
5. Heat non-stick frying pan over medium heat
6. Place the tortilla in pan and cook for 2-3 minutes
7. Flip quesadilla with spatula and cook another 2-3 minutes
