Over the past seven years I have worked to implement effective
programs that enhance and engage my colleagues to ensure
growth and development in skills. As a natural leader and a
person who easily develops relations with others it is as strong
skill of mine to determine the professional development of others
and myself. I have developed several short and long term staff
growth programs that become very successful.

o Paced out goals for eight graders and team members.

Lead Math Teacher | Hugh Mercer Elementary | 2010-2016
 Achieved over 90% passing rate on benchmark tests for six
years.
 Lead math department since 2012. Handling original
curriculum and coordinating teacher group programs
 Oversee district wide first grade math program consisting of
over 300 students and 16 teachers
 Program Coordinator for Summer Scholars. Provided
hands-on activities for 50-75 seven year olds while
