Demolition and strip out of all existing installations &
finishes back to Shell condition, installation of
numerous Bespoke finishes such as hung concrete
wall features, steel panelling with polished plasters,
Porcelain flooring, further bespoke, lighting panelling
and ceiling details and reception desk with signage.
Challenge is the temporary diversion of over 1000
tenants staff whilst works are underway along with
restrictive noise/dust control along with very restrictive
logistic issues due to adjacent TFL scheme for vehicle
deliveries and rubbish away.
