maintenance of key customers. This position was the continuity of previously position at SQL Technology,
reporting to the Corporate Commercial Director of the company.

Business Manager, responsible for commercial management and sales of services and products offered by
the company, specialized in the field of Information Technologies with focus on Oracle (DB, Middleware, BI).
The position involved the definition of sales strategies, development of commercial and business
relationships, service contracts negotiation, as well as the maintenance and monitoring of services and

February-1990 to May-1998
June'96 a May’98: Head of Commercial Department of Transportation Systems at SONDA’s Integration
Division, reporting to Division Manager. Responsible for the unit's commercial management and solution
developments of the area, offering products and automation solutions mainly for transport industry
(ocasionally to other industries), focusing on large scale projects. The position involved the design,
coordination and development of multidisciplinary solutions, the relationships and alliances with foreign
suppliers, negotiate contracts with suppliers (local and foreign), and maintenance of some major customer
accounts. Also, since late 1996, was Director Head of Sonda’s Institutional magazine ("El Sondauta"), having
served on its editorial board since 1993.
September'94 to May´96: Head of Department Value Added Systems for telecommunications at SONDA
Automation Division. Responsible of the business unit management, focused on developing automation
systems and telecommunications applications. The position involved the conception and design of products
and solutions, implementation projects management, and administrative and technical supervision, leading a
permanent team of 5-8 professionals, and integrating additional contractors and specialists in
multidisciplinary teams.
February’90 to September’94: Senior Project Manager at SONDA Automation Division, at the Communication
Systems and Automation transport Systems Departments. The position involved the leadership and
management of large projects in the field of Communications and Transport, leading multidisciplinary teams
(HW, SW, communications, civil works) of more than 20 professionals and contractors.
