2. 1. RISK: THE DEFINITION
There are definitely many ways of
taking a risk:
* Creating a business
* Quitting a job
* Moving to another city
* Bungee Jumping
* Travelling
* Making any extreme sport
* ….
* AND GETTING MARRIED
3. 2. WHY GETTING MARRIED IS A RISK
IN-LAWS
DIVORCE
SOURCE: www.divorcestatistics.org
It is definitely a risk to consider, as it is
increasing every year
CHILDREN
You might think this sounds horrible, but
children do not make you stay close (during
the first years it’s probably the other way
round). No sleeping, change of life,
exhaustive 24/7 work are only a few of the
reasons that support this reality
Getting married can be far worse than just a divorce, if
you get the wrong family. It is said that when you get
married, you acquire a new family; and it’s true (so you
should definitely analyze it well before you take the step
or your risk will increase substantially)
4. 3. MY EXPERIENCE

granted
• Understanding it’s always
easier when you make
things easy
• Being open and grateful
can bring you better things
than you expect
• Having to divide doesn’t
really mean getting les,, it
can actually mean having
double
• Putting things in
perspective: problems,
situations, moments, etc.
• Valuing sleep-full nights
• Looking forward to every
new day becomes a reality
• Learning to manage a full
dependance from others
• Valuing the time, seizing
the moment and enjoying it
6. 5. CONCLUSIONS
IT’S DEFINITELY WORTH IT
1 IF YOU CHOOSE IT, DO IT… AND DON’T LOOK BACK (THERE ARE PROBABLY NO
BAD DECISIONS, ONLY BAD DEVELOPMENTS)
2 NO MATTER HOW HARD IT SOMETIMES FEELS, IN THE END THE EFFORT WILL PAY
BACK (PATIENCE AND VISION ARE ALL YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR IT)
3 DEALING WITH PEOPLE IS THE MOST COMPLICATED TASK, AS WELL AS THE MOST
GRATIFYING OF ALL - EMPATHY IS THE TREATMENT THAT NEVER FAILS
4 GLOBAL PICTURE: NEVER STOP ON DETAILS, FOCUS ON THE FULL IDEA AND
CHOSE THE BEST WAY TO KEEP ON TRACK - SECONDARY ROADS TAKE NOWHERE
5 OPPORTUNITIES LEAVE AS FAST AS THEY ARRIVE, DO NOT HESITATE; YOU WILL
PROBABLY REGRET IT. MAKE THE STEP QUICKLY AND THINK AS YOU GO
HOWEVER, THERE ARE SOME LESSONS I LEARNT…
