CommercialDepartment:
Every of our Account Executives is grouped considering the individual skills and competencies of each
member. These teams are then matched to each client, enabling our company to offer flexible and adaptable
services. Our Multilingual team is prepared to handle communications in Spanish, English, German and
French and will be your contact person in Peru.
Your Account Executive will supervise all details related to your account. Here is the detail of their duties:
Receipt of client’s package via email or by courier
Analysis of package to distribute it to the correct factory in agreement with their strengths and
competitiveness.
Price negotiation based on client’s targets
Delivery date negotiation
Supervising the Pre-Production Development with the support of Product Development &
Planning Departments
Supervise Samples development: first proto, Sales Samples, Fit samples, Size Sets, PP samples,
TOP samples
Getting all bulk approvals
Supervising production development with the support Quality Assurance and Planning Department
4. Transmit weekly production reports
Coordinate with factory and designated Freight Forwarder export details
Supervise the correct development of Financial Operations between client and factory
ProductDevelopmentDepartment:
The Department’s main objective is offer to our clients creative solutions, reducing the time required to
develop a collection and giving the confidence of that their concepts are properly interpreted.
Conformed by a senior Developer & Designer that is leading the department and counts with the support
of 2 tech persons (highlyqualify pattern developers ) and an artwork developer.
Product Developmentteam is in charged of the PreProductionstage:
Supervises the correct development of fabrics, colors,artworks, washes.
Supervises the correct preparation of prototypes based on Designersinstruction
Works on technical issues with every Factory’s Pattern Makers and Sample Rooms to obtain a
sample following client’s request.
Being involved of all Fitting approval until final body is ready to be run in production
Being involved in artworks development until the final approval is obtained.
Detects and informs about limitations or relevant information that might affect production somehow
for coming production: in body construction, artwork difficulties, timing for determine garment
treatment

5. Quality Assurance is not an independent process; it is the most relevant component that should be present
in every aspect of production. Quality Assurance and On-Time Delivery cannot be disjoined, as they are
complementaryelements of the service that our clients expect.
Planning staff supports our QA Department to monitor production at its partner suppliers and shares
responsibilityfor the flowof all production processes. Has integrated its multidisciplinary training and prepared
our Process Control Teamto deal with any technical, production and quality issues that may arise. Following
this approach, at this point, our QA staff has been transformed into a strategic ally for our factories,
supporting themwith expertise, and guiding their operations to meet our clients’ standards.
We have a well qualified teamthat is leaded by a specialized Engineer that is in the businessfor about 20
years.
QA Dept. duties are:
Verification and supervision of fabric and garment testing required by every client.
Fabric & Color approval of first dying lot for bulk and monitoring colorshades in every lot used for
production
Verification of patterns for production versus fabric shrinkage and cut approval obtained
Give “Start” - Approval on every new artwork per color way to be run in production
Designation of a certified auditor in each factory to performance on-line & final garment audits,
to obtain total control of production
