What to do for the Room Attended
1. Report to your work with clean uniform.
2. Check all of the Rooms carefully.
3. If you found any change in the Room or the floor inform to your office
immediately.
4. After checking all of the Room send your comments to the office.
5. You have to make sure that on your floor all equipments are available
and it is in order like Vacuum Machine, Service Trolley, Mop-Bucket,
Spray gun etc.
6. Start through check out Rooms, if no through from requested guest
Room, if no start through vacant Rooms, if no contact to your office.
7. You have to complete your assignment within your duty time.
8. You have to make sure just before finish your duty about the followings:
9. Check all vacant Rooms and turn off A/C, Light, Water Heater, closed
the door properly.
10.Inform Supervisor for lost & found in the check out Rooms.
11.Keep Clean all the Machinery for next use.
12.Keep clean and fully set up the Trolley for next use.
13.Do not leave any garbage in the service room.
14.Make note for next day’s requirements.
15.If there is no Guest in the floor, turn off the light from the floor.
16.You should not leave any of the items for free use.
Don’t
1. Smoking, Eating, Drinking & Gum Chewing, Whistling, Humming or
Singing in the Lobby or any public area in the Hotel.
2. Stand in-group and have casual conversation with your co-workers.
3. Talk loudly in public areas.
4. Say anything negative about the Hotel its Management policies, staff or
food.
5. Allowing personal friends to visit you at the Hotel.
6. Spitting in any area.
7. Listening to Guests personal conversations.
8. Discuss personal affairs with Guests.
9. Entering in other Departments, public areas or Guest floor unless
required.
