GOOGLE: “So Lexy, why should I hire you as an elementary school teacher? What is
one quality that sets you apart from the others?
INTRO:
“I am glad you asked, I believe that my strength of positivity is what sets me apart from
others.”
I believe this because….
1. My positivity can allow kids to be happy at school and love going.
2. They will learn to believe in themselves.
3. and lastly, It will help me stay positive through rough times
First
● My contagious smile and energy will rub off on my students. The more upbeat
experience they have at school, the more they will enjoy it.
● If you are positive and excited to read a book or do a math problem, the kids may
feed off of your energy and become excited as well.
● My goal is for children to look forward to learning and look at it in a positive light
Second
● I hope they learn to love school but also i hope they start believing in
themselves.
● Kids can get down on themselves easily in hard situations but I hope my
positivity will allow them to understand that all they need to do is try their best
and to never give up
● Soon they learn to be just as positive as I am in these situations.
Third
● My positivity will not only help the children but it will also help me.
● Sometimes when kids do get down on themselves or mad at others they behave
poorly.
● I can start looking at brighter moments to get myself through these harder times.
CONCLUSION:
So the thing that sets me apart from other elementary school teachers is my strength of
positivity.
