lining. Tack left vent bendback edge to self at hem merrow edge to hold. DO NOT miter corner.

Invisible zipper at CB.
Close SA w/ lining.
Order zipper length to be 1”longer than finished zipper opening length.

Lining Hem: 1/2”double turnback w/ SNTS. Lining hem must be 1”shorter than self & at least 1”bigger in
circumference than self.
9-10 SPI.
Diagonal SNTS @ top of vent opening (height of angle 1”).
Main Label: No/Lip. Set to wearer’s right side, 1”away from CB seam, 3/4”below neckline. Stitch label at sides.
Stretch Label: Stitch to bottom of Main Label.
Size/Country of Origin: Stitch to bottom of Stretch Label.
Care Label: At wearer’s right side seam, 4”below armhole.
Fabric Content: 1/4”below Care Label.
8 1/2”on double (finished length). Set inside to lining, 1”below armhole at side seams. Add tack inside to hold

PPS rejected-2nd PPS request w/ the following comments:
Construction Comments:
1. Lining low hip circumference on sample measures the same as self. Factory must revise the lining circumference from bust
through hips to measure at least 1”bigger than self.
2. Note that sample fabric has a print defect/print transfer (see attached diagram #1). Factory is responsible for checking actual bulk
yardage & advising if it has the same issues as sample yardage.
3. Do NOT cut zipper as was done on sample for production. Factory must buy correct length zipper for bulk production.
Spec/Fit/Pattern Comments:
1. Note the biggest problems with fit were:
*Armhole was too low.
*Top of dress was too big.
*Too much fullness @ back princess seams @ across back area.
2. See attached diagram #2 & start with step 1 corrections in red.
3. The following specs are revised based on step 1 diagram corrections:
*Across-back is revised to 15“.
*Across-shoulder is revised to 16 3/4”.
*Across-front is revised to 14 1/4“.
*Bust circumference is rvsd to 36 1/2”.
4. See attached diagram #2 again & complete step 2 corrections in blue to bring low hip to a revised spec of 39”& the sweep back
to spec.
5. Raise the bust dart @ point 1/4”to 0 @ the front princess seam. Based on this correction the bust dart placement from HPS @
shoulder seam is revised to 10”. This correction is not illustrated in the diagram.
