What is a Consumer Self Rated Measure? There are two Consumer Self Rated Measures (CSRM) tools Mental Health Inventory (MHI)  Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) It is mandatory for Mental Health (MH) to offer a CSRM tool to patients Why are the offering rates so low?

PRINCE 2 – Project Tool PRINCE 2 is now the standard for Queensland Health (QH) projects. Before PRINCE2 there was NO Standard Why was this a problem? No Standard = No Plan = Only Person A understands the Project Planning - Person A = High Risk Project Failure

Initiating the Project Research Define Who, What, When, Where, Why, How Not researching the usage rates of CSRM,  We are researching the best method to implement the new project.  Product must be fit for purpose.
Identify the Stakeholders What is a Stakeholder? A stakeholder is a person or group that will have any association to the project. For Example Project Board Project Manager End Users -the MH case workers and patients/customers

The usage rates of Consumer Self Rated Measures (CSRM) are below expectation This matters because? Queensland Plan for Mental Health 2007-2017 CSRM improve treatment outcomes for Mental Health patients

  • 4. What is a Consumer Self Rated Measure? There are two Consumer Self Rated Measures (CSRM) tools Mental Health Inventory (MHI) Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) It is mandatory for Mental Health (MH) to offer a CSRM tool to patients Why are the offering rates so low?
