FADE IN:
INT. ROOM - DAY
NAME is sat down a black table, they are expressionless and
wearing a rather non-descript black outfit, crossed legged at
a table which is presumed to be quite close to floor height.
They have rather dull, brown eyes , with mid-length black
hair, their skin is rather pale and they are of no
discernible gender. The room that they are in has very few
distinctive features, with the walls and the floor blending
into one with them both being a similar black colour. Name,
reaches underneath the table they are sat under, and rather
carefully and slowly brings out a plain vanilla sponge cake.
Setting the cake on the table in front of them, they look at
it for a few seconds, displaying very few emotions apart from
one of a sort of tiredness. With their face being so
straight, it actually appears that they are extremely tired
more than anything, with a severely slouched posture and
rather precarious movements. However, before they can do
anything else, they drop their head down, onto the table and
incidentally, also onto the cake. Closing their eyes, out of
pure tiredness as they could no longer stay awake.
A rather loud and unsettling ding of an oven timer rings
through the silence, as Name's head rests on the table,
happily asleep.
INT. ROOM - DAY
NAME is, yet again, in the same room, with the same interior
as they were before, nothing has changed, apart from the cake
that they did have in front of them, is now gone. Now moving
with much more haste than before, they take out a rather
nicely decorated cake from underneath the table. It is clear
that a lot more effort has gone into the appearance of this
cake, compared to the Victoria Sponge cake from earlier.
While still wearing a blank expression, it is clear Name is
very proud of this cakes decorations.
Quickly pulling a phone out of their pocket, they straighten
up their posture from a relaxed one, to take pictures of the
cake. Working their way around the circumference of the cake
to catch as many angles as they can, while also touching up
any visual imperfections with their thumb. The clicking sound
of their phone camera shutter accompanies the sound of their
clothes rapidly moving with them while taking a photograph.
They return back to a rather relaxed position, their posture
hunching again as they don't seem as up-tight now that they

have finished. Just while they look like they are starting to
get relaxed again, an oven dinging causes them to sigh,
before starting to get up.
INT. ROOM - DAY
On the table, is a familiar looking Victoria Sponge cake, it
is the same one from earlier, still undecorated with a small
groove in the top where NAME had fallen asleep. Name starts
to eye up the cake, with an essence of greed in their eyes,
they look as if they are frantically looking for something.
Breathing slightly heavier, they are entirely focused on the
cake, digging their hands into it and ripping it apart,
appearing to be searching for something inside of it.
Amongst the sponge of the cake, one and two pound coins fall
onto the table, having been hidden inside of the cake, Name
looks at the coins, they have an immense amount fo glee in
their eyes. Once getting a taste for the small amount of
coins, they begin to rip through the rest of the cake, once
it is clear that there are no many left, they hold the coins.
Cleaning the sponge of the cake off of the coins, wiping it
on the plate, looking disgusted at the fact that anything
dare tarnish their coins. Looking protective over the coins
they look up before an oven dings, quickly looking into the
general direction of the sound they seem extremely on edge.
INT. ROOM - DAY
The carnage that NAME had previously left has not been
cleaned up, the coins that were inside of the cake are now
missing. The sponge of the Victoria Sponge cake has been
pulled apart and is spread out across the plate, hungrily
eyeing the cake up they quickly begin grabbing handfuls of
the cake and scooping it into their mouth. Chewing messily
and as quickly as they can, progressing through the mess of a
cake. Not before long there is no longer any cake left,
appearing to have an unquenchable hunger, not focusing on the
plate, Name goes to grab another piece of cake but they have
completely cleared the plate.
Licking the left over sponge off of their hands, they sigh
looking down unsatisfied. With the plate empty, they start
chewing their lip, missing the sensation of eating. Before
starting to chew their thumb they look nervous and restless,
tormented by the empty plate. However, Name's nerves quickly
turn into anger, before quickly throwing the plate, with an
upset expression on their face, which turns into slightly
psychotic glee once the ding of a oven blesses their ears,
promising even more food.

INT. ROOM - DAY
NAME sits back at the table again, a much nicer decorated
cake is in front of them, reminiscent of the cake that had
pictures taken of it. It has some rather carefully made white
decorations o top, along with a generous amount of white
icing on the sides. However, their expression isn't as
positive as it was previously, they appear to be extremely
disappointed and angry at the cake. The floor and table
around the cake and Name is littered with printed out
pictures of Pinterest boards of cakes. The cakes look all a
lot better than Name's, with them all being large, brightly
coloured and highly decorated cakes compared to Names's, who
appears very upset at this.
There is a large cake-cutting knife to the side of the plate,
Name slowly cranes their head towards it but never actually
reaches for it, instead they sigh. The Pinterest pages around
them have been rather aggressively vandalised, with many of
the pages now torn to pieces and scattered across the floor.
Others have been drawn across with a vibrant red marker, with
Name now looking very angry, getting even progressively
angrier. The ding of the oven seems to make them feel even
angrier, scowling then looking back at the knife, but
ultimately not taking it.
INT. ROOM - DAY
A red hue fills the room, casting of a shadow of a standing
NAME, just over the table, with the appearance of the table
being lightly different now, the cake having more wedding
themed décor on the top, and the images of cakes have now
disappeared too. The knife that was on the table is in Name's
hand, the shadow of them across the table holding the knife
reveals the groom statue of the wedding topper on its back
next to the standing bride topper.
Across the white frosting of the top of the cake, a splatter
of blood appears as Name brings down the knife with power.
Sitting back down at the table, Name smiles, using the now
blood-soaked knife to cut the white wedding cake. This smears
blood on the frosting, looking up the oven dings after a
while however it is much more delayed than it usually is.
INT. ROOM - NIGHT
NAME is stood in a much darker room, they are barely visible
but the smile across their lips is still visible, with the
wedding cake and bloodstained knife still on the table. They
eye up the bloodstained knife, running their fingers across
the flat side, licking the blood off while looking up. They

have a very intense stare, almost provoking, yet no one is
there to provoke.
With a rather menacing smile Name chuckles to themselves,
looking back at the blood stained pieces of cake, running
their finger to get as much blood as they can before tasting
it. Their expression is one of happiness, despite the blood
around their mouth their appear content, stabbing the knife
into the top of the cake with no anger on their face. before
the oven timer goes off for a final time, even more delayed
than it was previously.
