Filming of
interviews
This is a still of one of the interviews we conducted with the general public. We
asked the question ‘What do you know about cutlery?’. Their short answers will be
put together in a montage with fast cuts towards the beginning of the documentary.
This is a still of the interview with the general manager of The Racquet Club, Sue
Clement-Evans. We asked her about silver service and table laying.
This is a still from the interview with the Antiques shop owner, Carole McWilliams. We asked
her questions about specific cutlery antique pieces and the history of cutlery.

questions about table laying and etiquette.
