About the Financial Analyst Positions
We are currently working on multiple Financial Analyst positions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. These
positions require strong ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously. Candidate
must excel in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. You must be a self-starter with
limited need for direct supervision. Candidate will assist the firm by creating, maintaining, and/or
running financial projections in support of the Acquisitions (to-be-acquired properties), Asset
Management (existing properties) and Investor Relations teams Experience with all property types is
desired, with an emphasis on Office and Residential Land a plus.
Positions are best-suited for candidates with 1-3 years’ relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Underwriting/Due Diligence/Modeling of new Acquisition opportunities
- Prepare market feasibility analysis
- Review and update operating statements and tenant leases
- Prepare financial performance analysis on existing assets/properties
- Compile, analyze and interpret market research
- Prepare ARGUS based real estate cash flow modeling
- Lot take down management/reporting (Residential Land)
- Assist in the preparation of Investment Committee presentations
- Establish and maintain relationships with brokers in order to find new deals
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Mathematics
- Proficiency in financial modeling
- MS Word & Excel (required); familiarity with basic “if/then” statements
- Argus software (preferred)
- Must possess strong analytical, organizational and computer skills
- Occasional travel
