team. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support
and timely and accurate reporting of financial performance from all business
segments within the company. Critical elements of this role include collating and

Responsibilities:
 Creates and maintains key process indicators (KPIs) to measure the
performance of various aspects of business operations.
 It helps with budgeting and forecasting versus actual spending data.
 Works with various departments to obtain explanations for variances and
additional information or supporting documents to verify data integrity.
 Serves as liaison in assisting internal and external financial auditors with
research and preparation of related data.
 Assists in the preparation of various executive level reports and presentations.
 Assists in the design and management of data analytics tools and solutions.
 Assists in the design and implementation of various data and document systems.
 Analyzes and diagnoses problems in business systems.

2.  Proposes process improvements through data analysis.
 Immediately reports all suspicious and dangerous conditions to a supervisor.
 Understands and adheres to all safety guidelines and ensures quality and safety
by following all applicable CB policies and procedures.
 Helps maintain clean, orderly and safe work areas.
 Ability to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and detail oriented.
 Other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
This is a 100% remote position.
 2 to 4 years as a financial analyst,
 Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
