Corporate Finance <ul><li>… is a strategist with an inward focus and carries out planning, execution and review of the financial requirements of the organization. </li></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Business Analyst : Ratio analysis, Growth Analysis, Sense of time-value of money as done by a Financial Analyst are converted into a business deal by the Business Analyst by deploying this analysis (a good Finance Analyst may mature into a good Business Analyst) e.g: A Business Analyst would analyze why money is stuck in inventories or bad debts and how this can be released and utilized elsewhere. He also raises early alarm for Top Management and talks about trend’s. </li></ul></ul></ul>

E.g: A chairman of a Company may have all functional heads but Executive Assistant interacts with all functional heads, carries out analysis and helps out CFOs make informed choices. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Business Planner: Creates a Financial business model and prepares a long term projection plan (a number cruncher who tries to capture everything financially and tries to evaluate it) </li></ul></ul>
