on the EDM machine .
There is a electriferous wire
in this machine to incise the
raw materia plate

4. After EDM machine we got this .
the ''inside forming'',''inside cutter'' and
''guide jaw'' in AI machine.

5. We also use CNC machine to incise rew materia,it's depend on
what shape of parts we need to make

6. That is what CNC machine makes by raw materia,AI parts:''cutting base''&''head''

7. What will happen on the plate's journey after CNC/EDM machine?

8. After CNC/EDM machine processing
the parts will be finish machining by
grinder.

9. So what's next station after grinder on the plate's journey?
the answer is testing stage
we have many testing procedure
including optical detection,
instrument detection&jig..
Now what we see is optical detection
