2. What happens if I do not have 208v power?
A: You can use the transformer that comes with the machine.
3. Who installs the machine?
A: A factory-trained service engineer will install and test the machine. Installation is included
your machine purchase.
4. How do I get trained for the machine?
A: Your purchase includes training for the machines.
5. Where do I buy my spare parts and EDM consumables from?
A: Sodick manufactures their own spare parts and consumables that maximize
the machine’s efficiency. Sodick Inc. houses a $5 million parts inventory that
ensures consumable and replacement parts are readily available. Our experienced
