In a remarkable feat of innovation and problem-solving, two bright minds from SNU Chennai, Tejaswini
Uma Sudhir and Adithya Vedhamani, hailing from the BTech CSE IoT 3rd Year, Team ATOps, secured the
7th position in Google's prestigious Hack4Change Hackathon. This event, organized by THub in
collaboration with The Nudge Institute at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, was a pivotal part of
the G20 India and Startup20’s Charcha ’23, featuring luminaries and influencers from across the globe.
The challenge presented to participants was to devise solutions that would elevate the lives of small-
scale farmers through Android applications. Tejaswini and Adithya, with their visionary concept of
AgroTourism, sought to diversify the income streams of farmers. Their innovation garnered the support
2. and guidance of Google Software Development Engineers and CEOs of startups from THub throughout
the hackathon.
Competing against a pool of over 300+ teams from various corners of the country, including Hyderabad,
Chennai, Mumbai, Jharkhand, Pune, and more, their idea stood out. Their final working prototype
propelled them into the top 12, an achievement marked by special recognition from the organizing
institutes. Their concept demonstrated not only significant market potential but also technical viability
and practical scalability.
The success of Tejaswini and Adithya has opened up new avenues, as they have been invited to incubate
