 We do design, manufacture, installation & commissioning
of Odour Control System for waste & wastewater
treatment plants for domestic and industrial applications.

Reactions The odorous gases are converted through the
reaction mediated by microorganisms
The odorous gases are reacted with chemicals

Passive type carbon filters can be used for H2s reduction
on the manhole, air release chambers, small pumping
stations, sewage pits etc., Especially this types used for
remote application, where this no electricity available.
The process is basically same like activated carbon filter
with fan, but in this case no fan, the system directly
connected to the source by using flange or duct fixing
method. The carbon adsorbs the pollutants or odour
allowing into the chamber and vented to the atmosphere.

 MARTIN Membrane Systems transforms sewage to clear and high quality water.
The small footprint of the treatment technology enables the systems to be
integrated in natural, picturesque surroundings and to treat wastewater for irrigation
use.
 MARTIN Membrane System has the core technology inside the MBR which
consists of polypropylene plates with a polymeric membrane on each side. The
membrane is welded on rigid frame. The module reduces virus and bacteria by
99.99%. Filter plates are continuously aerated through bubble diffusers to keep
them clean. The membranes don’t need regular chemical cleaning except one or
two maintenance clearings per year.
 MARTIN Membrane Systems is developing compact package systems for MBR
plants so that up to 1000 m / day can be filtered in one 40-foot ISO container. The
inside tanks are made of stainless steel sheets.

BIO-TRICKLING FILTER CHEMICAL SCRUBBER Reactions The odorous gases are converted through the reaction mediated by microorganisms The odorous gases are reacted with chemicals which are dosed in the chemical scrubber unit Capital cost For equipment size, the capital costs are the same or lower than the chemical scrubbing units The chemical scrubbers are slightly expensive Contact time Longer contact time of 10-15 sec Shorter contact time, thus smaller footprints required Media/ Chemicals Does not require any chemicals, it uses the activated sludge which is characterized by nutrient feed and trickling liquid From an operational standpoint, the performance of the scrubbers depends on the chemicals added Operation Requires minimum 2 weeks to operate, this is the time period for bacterial growth.   • 14. We use Special Catalytical carbon which can be regenerated & reused up to 5 times, in special cases up to 10 times. Efficiency: 100% of odorous gases are eliminated.  They are designed and used for the removal of vapours and odours present within the air or gas flow.  Main odours to be treated are: • Hydrogen sulphide • Indole and skatole • Methyl mercaptan • Methylamine • Ammonia

Passive type carbon filters can be used for H2s reduction on the manhole, air release chambers, small pumping stations, sewage pits etc., Especially this types used for remote application, where this no electricity available. The process is basically same like activated carbon filter with fan, but in this case no fan, the system directly connected to the source by using flange or duct fixing method. The carbon adsorbs the pollutants or odour allowing into the chamber and vented to the atmosphere. The system contains, vessel, grating, catalytic type re- generable carbon, H2s sampling port, re-generation valve with sprinklers, exhaust duct with weather hood.

  • 31.  MARTIN Membrane Systems transforms sewage to clear and high quality water. The small footprint of the treatment technology enables the systems to be integrated in natural, picturesque surroundings and to treat wastewater for irrigation use.  MARTIN Membrane System has the core technology inside the MBR which consists of polypropylene plates with a polymeric membrane on each side. The membrane is welded on rigid frame. The module reduces virus and bacteria by 99.99%. Filter plates are continuously aerated through bubble diffusers to keep them clean. The membranes don’t need regular chemical cleaning except one or two maintenance clearings per year.  MARTIN Membrane Systems is developing compact package systems for MBR plants so that up to 1000 m / day can be filtered in one 40-foot ISO container. The inside tanks are made of stainless steel sheets.
