• A fan when connected to a single phase or 3 phase power supply will require a set current
and power to operate at 100% of its normal operating speed.
• Fitting a variable speed drive (VSD) unit between the supply and the fan will allow control
of the fan speed by changing the frequency of the supply
• Recommended band to control a single phase fan is between 70% and 100%

With Ecofix, there's never been an easier way or a safer way
to degrease and clean extraction systems in commercial
kitchens.
Using advanced biological technology, Ecofix penetrates every
element of a cooker extraction and ventilation unit, cleaning as
it goes and putting an end to costly and time consuming
manual scrubbing procedures. In addition Ecofix removes any
residual odour which can be a nuisance for neighbors.
Ecofix works by introducing fine micro droplets of an
environmentally friendly biological formula into commercial
kitchen extraction and ventilation systems, ensuring that
wherever air flows Ecofix will follow. Into ductwork, canopies,
filters, fans, silencers and ventilated ceilings.
How Ecofix works
The Ecofix biological cleaning mist is
produced by a patented process creating
continuously harmless biologically active
droplets.
This agent is introduced into the kitchen
extraction and ventilation system and attaches
itself to any grease, oils and fats, breaking
down their carbon structures into water and
carbonic gas, leaving an extremely small
biomass residue. This residue exits with the air
flow and is harmlessly absorbed by nature.
As part of this process, any odour creating
particles are 'trapped' in the neutralization
process, so significantly reducing the spread of
unpleasant smells. With nothing left to burn,
any associated fire risk is also significantly
reduced.

With respect to the magnetic energy retention of ceramic magnets, these magnets are expected to have “essentially zero loss”
over 100,000 hours or 11.4 years of operation, according to magnet manufacturer standards provided that the Curie
temperature is not exceeded, or subjected to excessive mechanical shock or vibration or exposed to high amperate alternating
electrical currents.

oxygen atom is shielded and the

charge from a net negative charge

hard water from a net negative charge to
a positive charge which in turn, attracts
and locks the negative scale forming
minerals into the water not allowing them
to precipitate.

Boiler : High Temperature Application
The Magnatron is only effective on its own for temperature up to 350 F. But, however, if
it is required to be used on low/ high temperature boilers, it may be installed before the
conventional water treatment plants offering the following benefits:
(1) Restores full efficiency to these Water Treatment Plants up to 99.9% ensuring no
further scale formation. Generally a conventional water treatment plant loses efficiency
by 30 – 40% in 36 months, and scaling occurs in boiler tubes.
(2) Reduction of surface tension means lower chemical dosage. A cost saving.
(3) Reduction of chemical dosage increases life of W.T. Plant.
(4) This water will also tend to remove existing scale.

When Air conditioning is switched off, it does not take cooling coil to get as cold as it can get which is a point
called “Thermodynamic Saturation”. Running compressors beyond this point, does not make it any cooler
and is just waste of energy. We identify exactly when thermodynamic saturation occurs by collecting data from
various IoT sensors and switches the compressor off. The fan which uses negligible amount of energy for
indoor units continues pushing air into the room, so end user has just comfortable environment using much
lesser energy with our offered product.

The air conditioner's conventionally work on a thermostat which is within the comfort conditioned space and
consumes higher energy without being effectively utilised. Link Smart collocates data from the ambient,
conditioned space and the refrigerant piping and process it via a microprocessor controlled computational
algorithmic hardware thus eliminating the run time of compressors without diminishing the compressor efficacy
