Summary
19 years experience in poultry diseases and management with global experience for 8
years in ELANCO as Technical and regulatory advisor, then regional technical
manager for the area of Middle East, North Africa Pakistan and Iran. My preference is
to help customers solve their problems not to promote for our products only,
accordingly I prefer to work in farms not in offices.

1. Technical support to Elanco customers and Elanco employees in the area of
Middle East and North Africa.
2. Audit and create promotional materials for ELANCO product.
3. Create Customer services materials and softwares according to needs.
4. Coordinate with Marketing in preparation of Marketing plan and customer
service plan.
5. Preparation of presentations for products launches and round tables for
customers.
6. Help key accounts managing their problems and if needed coordinate between
them and other external ELANCO consultants or laboratories.
7. Revision of all presentations even from external speakers to check its
alignment with customers and Marketing plans.
8. Training of sales employees on existing or new products.
9. Training for Technical employees or Vets from customers on Poultry diseases
and products knowledge.

2. Technical and Regulatory advisor (Egypt and gulf area) at Elanco

 2 years as animal health representative Egypt.
 After that as Technical and regulatory advisor for Egypt and Gulf area.
 The main area of work is to provide key customers with consultation regarding
to all poultry diseases and managemental problems.
 The second focus is on regulatory procedeure for all activities regarding to
registration for ELANCO products and interaction with regulatory authority in
the respective countries.

It is simply a field process to help hatchery managers, production managers, and any
one interested in pushing breeders and hatchery performance onward. It is field
examination of the hatchery egg debris to determine areas of losses in production
comparing it to breed standard.
This field procedure is supported by a software computer tool to help customers track
the process of improvements or production parameters of their flocks, it also help
comparing different breeds, different feeding programs and their effects on the
breeders performance, seasons, months, and medication and vaccination programs.
