was quoted by ABB for 3.7 Million SR and this type of project is the first time
implemented by Saudi employees in Saudi Arabia, it was big challenge but we believe
in that saying "nothing impossible".

5. Create “ Tracking Development Program “ to Improve the skills on Technician and
engineer.
6. Suggest and implement more than 20 suggestions (software & hardware) which help
to reduce Corrective Maintenance and increase the reliability.
7. Making modification in boiler burner valves which saved more than 1,500,000 SR
yearly , the manufacturer company failed many times to resolve this problem during
10 years.
8. Commissioning engineer for upgrading the HMI from C-VMS44 to PGP
in Ghazlan Power Plant.
9. Making DCS modification guide lines booklet.
10. Maintain power plant units' Trax simulator.
11. Study and solve most of the instrument which has frequent failures.
12. Support other power plant to solve their problem.
13. Discover the mistakes in the main grounding system which leads to DSC modules to
be failed. Mitsubishi & Bailey fail many times to find the root cause of this issue.
14. In 2010 and 2013, the continuous improvement teams which I was leading have been
selected to be the best studies among all studies in my X-Company.
