contacting customers to meet there needs and assisting in developing
tailored systems.
2003-2012 Sinokrot Global Groups – IT/ Department Manager
1. Holds the full responsibility for the functioning of the IT department and
offers desktop support service.
2. Supervises other departments in the group in terms of : orientation for new
comers to the group work and applied procedures;
3. Facilitates the operationalization of their departments.
4. Train the newly recruited employees on developed softwares and

Freelance Work
Conducted a needs assessment study for 86 women club operating in the West
Bank and Gaza. The study was financed by GTZ and Rural Women Development
Society. The study was conducted in November, 2007. I coded and developed the
questionnaire and provided the key findings.
Sole distributor for Al Aseal Accounting and Management System in the West
Bank. Succeeded in selling 150 copies of the program in 2 years. Responsible for
sales and after sales services for them as well as renewing the annual maintenance
contracts.
Conducted a study on measuring the pulse of Jerusalemite Merchants. The
study was conducted over the period of April – June, 2008. I developed and coded the
questionnaire; I analyzed 120 Questionnaires using SPSS software.
