1. JOB DESCRIPTION
My day to day function is to coordinate, communicate and lead the team of initial graduate
engineers for the newly organized design block within Construction Department. The main aim
of my team is to develop and design the conceptual proposals of structures required as per the
project achieved and site recommendations.
My duties also encompass to train the graduates so that all objectives are clearly
communicated and understood to the team ensuring the safe completion of project design
activities. I along with my Team Leader and General Manager also identify the areas of cost
reduction and business development without any adverse effect on integrity of team structure.
Attend the regular meetings with Chief Technical Officer and General Manager related to the
bill of quantities of the structure designed and time to time also assist the Business
Development team on technical issues for the bidding process.
