• Article 216 of the civil right of Iranian law
indicates: the subject of the transaction shouldn’t
be ambiguous, except in special cases for which a
brief knowledge is sufficient
• So the transaction which has an ambiguous result is
not accepted by the law
• We cant put everything in these transactions on the
shoulders of the person himself there are things that
autonomous robots decide without permission
• We also cant deny the transaction bcz there would be
conflict between custom and law
• There would be risk of ambiguous transaction if we
don’t consider the robots rules (transactions when
the person is sleep or under the influence of alcohol
or not conscious is void)= Article 195 of the civil
rights
