Thermal Analysis of Smartphone Application Processor (Heat Transfer): January 2016 – May 2016
Performed thermal analysis on the Android Nexus 5 in order to locate hot spots on the phone surface and identify the
temperature range.
Gathered empirical data using thermocouples and an in-built thermal sensor and compared resulting data with a CAD model of
the internal structure of the phone.

Analyzed steady state fluid system with heat transfer and the effects of turbulent and laminar flow.
