2. INTRODUCTION ABOUT THEME
• Inspiration is something that makes someone want to
do something or that gives someone an idea about
what to do or create : a force or influence that inspires
someone.
• Inspiration may sometimes be overlooked because of
its elusive nature. Its history of being treated as
supernatural or divine hasn’t helped the situation.
3. Main Qualities of Inspiration
• They Have Deep Empathy For Others :- Those who inspire us to be
better are fully capable of experiencing empathy, and they openly express
their ability to understand our personal “stories” and who we really are and
what we feel, deep down.
• They Are Emotionally Healthy And Healed :- People who inspire
and uplift others have done the work to heal their wounds. Every human on
this planet has experienced deep trauma and pain at some point in their
lives. But those who inspire and positively influence have done the work to
clean up their wounds.
• They Believe In Collective Power :- Those who inspire others believe
in collective power – in uplifting others so that positive change can happen
more quickly. In doing so, they can become very wealthy, powerful and
influential, but that’s only a by-product of their focusing on expanding
collective strength, power and positive impact.
4. ADVANTAGES
• Inspiration facilitates progress toward goals: People who
were generally more inspired in their daily lives also
tended to set inspired goals, which were then more likely
to be successfully attained.
• Inspiration increases Well-being :- Inspiration matters a
lot, which may cause someone to feel pressure to
become inspired and helpless to do so considering the
evocative and spontaneous nature of inspiration.
• Inspired people share certain characteristics:- Inspired
people were more intrinsically motivated and less
extrinsically motivated, variables that also strongly
impact work performance.

7. CONCLUSION
People who inspire others are all
different, from leaders to painters, from
stars to exiles, yet they all have
something in common. They didn’t give
up—not on their dream and not on their
passion.These people showed character
and in the process inspired millions.
Now that might not be laid away for all
of us. Me, I’ll be happy if I can inspire
just me and you.
