The target audience of the final project or the proposal to unlock financing opportunities for the conflict ridden North eastern Zone of Nigeria

1. Target Audience:
My target audience is government actors in the socio-
economic space (policy makers, regulators and enforcers).
The key message here is drawn from the social contract
between government and the people. It is the job of
government to open up pathways for citizens to follow for the
greater good of the greater majority.
The unquestionable duty of government is to cultivate huge
political will and deploy same to leverage, mobilize and
catalyze the much needed fund for development. At the same
time to ensure huge and widespread citizens’ capacity to
manage the fund and plow it down development corridors.
