The Idea of Cicerone
Initiate an Organisation with members with like minded
people with rich experience in corporate world and MNC’s
across the globe.
Cicerone is the result of an initiative by a group of academically qualified and 25+ years
experienced team of individuals. The qualifications of the team had breadth in Engineering
to various Management area; and depth of each in relevant functional domains.
Basically the meaning of the word Cicerone is “Guide”. The mission of the organisation is to
guide individuals by preparing them to extend the horizon of knowledge with experiences
of people who have faced the situation. Over a period of time, If you individuals learn new
situations and if in case it is new, we shall archive the same so that horizon can be still
extended further. Keep extending the Horizon till “You name it and we can provide services”
is the goal.
Need
In today’s situation people are busy in running day to day activities and plenty of
information is available on the web and social media
The challenges with such information are:
Validity, Reliability and Credibility of the information available
Need to filter information/data to match the situational requirement
Lack of customisation of the information to specific and individual situations
Untimely delivery / application of solutions resulting in sub-optimal results

1. There will be some problem in an organisation which is seen as a perennial problem
but not being able to get a head on solution due to road blocks.
2. We would like to understand the problem, and with a non disclosure agreement, We
can study the data analysis of process parameters and draw trend lines and propose
action plans to change the trend lines.
3. We can study the workflow of materials, and information to avoid duplicating the
data and avoid error interpretation of data so that authenticity of analysis need not
be revisited.
4. Would like to propose different options that can be explored as a solution.
5. It can be taken up as time bound projects with bench mark targets so that
achievements can be measured pre and post implementation.
6. Develop time bound projects with EDC dates.
7. Re-evaluate with same and display differences.

  • 1. The Idea of Cicerone Initiate an Organisation with members with like minded people with rich experience in corporate world and MNC’s across the globe. Cicerone is the result of an initiative by a group of academically qualified and 25+ years experienced team of individuals. The qualifications of the team had breadth in Engineering to various Management area; and depth of each in relevant functional domains. Basically the meaning of the word Cicerone is “Guide”. The mission of the organisation is to guide individuals by preparing them to extend the horizon of knowledge with experiences of people who have faced the situation. Over a period of time, If you individuals learn new situations and if in case it is new, we shall archive the same so that horizon can be still extended further. Keep extending the Horizon till “You name it and we can provide services” is the goal. Need In today’s situation people are busy in running day to day activities and plenty of information is available on the web and social media The challenges with such information are: Validity, Reliability and Credibility of the information available Need to filter information/data to match the situational requirement Lack of customisation of the information to specific and individual situations Untimely delivery / application of solutions resulting in sub-optimal results

There will be some problem in an organisation which is seen as a perennial problem but not being able to get a head on solution due to road blocks. 2.
