1. Plant area: 32000 m2 (24 Bigha) or more (about 200 meters length), and we can make design based
on your plant size;
2. Construction area: 6800 m2 (Including raw materials storage shad, 800 m2; Wet bricks storage shad,
18*120=2160m2; Producing equipments workshop (15*40=600 m2); Tunnel kiln and bricks unloading
shad, 15*170=2550 m2; Office building area, 600 m2);
3. Raw materials area: 1200 m2;
4. Finished bricks area: 7000 m2;
5. Raw materials needed per day: 530-550 m3;
6. Workers needed: 30 workers per shift;

1. The buyer bear all the cost after goods reaching Chittagong, including customs clearing and
transportation to the buyer’s plant, etc.
2. The buyer bear the cost of related construction materials, including clay brick, sand, cement, stone,
wood, etc.
3. The buyer bear the cost of civil-building construction of the plant.
4. The seller will supply some engineers & drawing of kiln(s), and the buyer must supply related
construction equipments and tools, and 50-100 workers daily at buyer's cost for construction of Kiln(s).
The seller send 5 engineers to Bangladesh and responsible for the salary, visa, air ticket of engineers,
and the buyer are responsible for the food, hotel, accommodation, etc. of engineers in Bangladesh.
