GJ Nature Care & GJ Eco Power, along with London Investment Consultancy and Biomass Private Limited from the UK, propose a waste to energy plant in Kochi, India to address the city's waste management and energy needs. The plant would convert 330 tons of unsorted municipal solid waste per day into electricity, generating up to 10 MW of power. The proposed 20-acre facility would be leased from the local corporation for 20 years and use proven technology compliant with Indian and EU pollution standards.
