4. It is the total percentage of email recipients who clicked on any or more links in the
email.
Number of total clicks in the mails/Total number of delivered
emails*100
Ex: 700 total clicks/10,000 total emails delivered*100 = 7% CTR
8. The number of total emails that didn’t get delivered (that were marked
as spam, that which didn’t get delivered because of wrong email
addresses and others).
Bounce Rate = Total number of emails that got bounced/total number of
emails sent*100
10. The percentage of email recipients who clicked on the social sharing
button to forward the email content through social network or
clicked on ‘forward to a friend’ button in the email.
