9. • F i r s t P h a s e
• Step First: Send the soft copies of following documents of the Interested applicant
For Bachelor degree program only: High school completion certificate (12 classes with mark sheet)
For Master degree program only: Bachelor degree completion certificate in relevant field, with mark sheet
Filled registration form
International passport
• Step Second: After getting soft copies of the above mentioned documents, University will issue Conditional
Offer Letter within 48 hours
• Step Three: After getting conditional offer letter student has to make initial payment of 1000 USD on the
account of University (It will be mentioned in Conditional Offer Letter), which is compulsory to start
admission procedure and get Special invitation letter from the University
• Step Fourth: After getting initial payment on the University’s account, applicant has to prepare below
mentioned documents (See II Phase)
10. • S e c o n d P h a s e
• The Second phase implies the accomplishment of the procedures necessary for granting visas
• Step First: Student has to prepare following documents:

Applicant’s passport and a copy of the passport;
Photo;
A Copy of Applicant’s diploma or a school-leaving certificate, legalized or apostilled;
A document certifying financial guarantees for studying and staying so called Bank Statement, where the student
shows remained tuition fee and in addition a least 4000 USD. Account must be opened minimum 8 months earlier;
Medical insurance for one year;
If student is not submitting documents personally, power of attorney is required for the person, who will submit
documents;
11. • F i n a l P h a s e
o After submitting all the documents to the embassy, the student will get visa approval
maximum in 30 days
o After getting visa approval student has to pay the full amount of the tuition fee for the
first year of education
o Arrival in Georgia!
12. SCHOLARSHIPS
• • Scholarships are available for International student from 2nd Semester (Depending on
Individual Performance)
14. DEADLINES OF APPLICATIONS
• Nomination Deadlines
• There is no strict deadline for nomination but no application will be reviewed by “Study
Metro” without receiving an official nomination from partner University!!!
15. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
• 1. Application Form
• 2. A transcript of records which shows your leaning achievements from your home
university
• 3. Non-native English speakers are requested to prove their proficiency in English by
presenting a copy of TOEFL/IELT score report. The score of TOEFL test should not be
less than 80 iBT. Requested IELTS score is 5,5 and above.
• 4. Photocopy of the identification pages of your passport
• 5. One passport size photo
16. WORK AND STUDY IN GEORGIA
• Getting a Job while studying in Georgia depends relatively on your individual person and
skills.
• However students allowed to work part time together with studies
