Warehousing accounts for nearly 25 per cent of the logistics industry and is
necessary for the preservation of the supply chain of agriculture and other
essential commodities.The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry organised
a conference on the topic ‘Warehousing Management–Minimising Losses and
Maximising Growth’ on September 11, 2015 to discuss the challenges and
opportunities in the warehousing sector and the need for adopting best practices
in warehousing for better results.

Kribhco Infrastructure hosted a trade meet to provide a glimpse of its ICD at
Pali–Rewari, on September 11, 2015 at Crowne Plaza, New Delhi.The meet was
specially organised to highlight its ICD, Pali-Rewari which got EDI Public
notification in the first week of July 2015. The evening saw participation of
shipping lines, CHAs and freight forwarders.
