Internet Service Delivery is a process where the department is
responsible for delivering strong wireless connection to their
client and according to client demand on time. It is correlated
to other departments
Steps for internet service delivery processing are:
 Order Received from Clients- After receiving the work order marketing
department send the work order to service delivery division
 Available for servicing and setting connection
 Internet Order Cross Checking- After setting internet the company cross
check the price quotation for every area with the help of finance
department
 Delivery Confirmation and Taking action for Unavailable network
connection
Information that Doze collect and
how it is used
Doze collect information of the customers name, ID cards,
contact numbers, address, payment information when use
internet services.
When customer establish an online account or register on
the sites or apps, Doze collect information about user
identification, password and secret questions and answers.
Company uses this information to verify while signing in.
DOZE has technical, administrative and physical
safeguards to protect against unauthorized access
Employees are trained on the importance of protecting
privacy and on the proper access to, use and disclosure of
customer information.
Documentation
 Doze internet keep File of all documents in a safe place and
being able to find them easily and quickly.
 It helps the company to be organized, systematic, efficient
and transparent.
 A filing system is the central record-keeping system for this
organization.
Executive regular delivery plan:
At the very beginning of the working day the company
execute the plan for internet service delivery with
admin department. Keep notes of doze internet
details, where to deliver and last time for deliver.

Doze internet is comprised into five departments:
 HR &Admin Department: Recruit highly skill employees to run the
entire department properly. The company looks after employee benefit,
appraisal, increment, daily basis works and administrative jobs are
maintained by admin.
 Technical Department: Technical department is responsible for
technical solution, product installation, configuration & project
implementation. For example- new connection, IP address configuring,
Browsing Problem Troubleshoot and many more.
 Sales & Marketing Department: The task of sales and marketing
department of Doze is do market research, develops promotional
plans, marketing strategy and how to manage personal selling
strategies

Accounts & Finance Department: Maintaining all types of accounts
activities, product pricing issue, Vat & Tax, profits, budget, targets,
achievements etc.
Supervision & Procurement Department: The Supervision and
Procurement Department are responsible for the acquisition of
supplies, services, and construction in support and giving guidelines.
The Procurement Department issues dealing orders, develops term
client contracts and acquires supplies and services.
 Sales and debtors collection report: Daily and monthly sales and bill
collection reports are updated by the employees. Those updated
information are send to the top management. The company prepares
monthly sales report against sales target.
Service Promotion
DOZE Internet is a new company with not-so-new product
in the market,
Started promoting the brand in traditional way instead of
going with heavy marketing, DOZE decided to go with slow
promotional strategy.
As DOZE is not doing heavy marketing, so it is difficult to
know about their service, advertisements on social Medias,
visual or print medias or some other places.
Customer get to know about their fast internet service if
they visit Doze office and from their official website by
creating an account.

Conclusion and Recommendation
 From the report we get to know that financial benefits of Doze internet are
not in a go position even though they give high speed internet service, and
employee’s increment as well as motivation is not up-to-the-mark.
 They speed their businesses in different areas but they sometimes they face
difficulties to maintain the businesses effectively with good management
system.
Recommendation
 Doze internet should take service marketing in a serious way to achieve
profits and to increase brand value
 Manage a good management system to achieve organizational goals.
 Need to focus on giving a good customer service to satisfy them.
 The company can increase the number of internet users by giving low rate
internet packages and increase more of their operation in different districts.

For example- new connection, IP address configuring, Browsing Problem Troubleshoot and many more.  Sales & Marketing Department: The task of sales and marketing department of Doze is do market research, develops promotional plans, marketing strategy and how to manage personal selling strategies

The Procurement Department issues dealing orders, develops term client contracts and acquires supplies and services.  Sales and debtors collection report: Daily and monthly sales and bill collection reports are updated by the employees. Those updated information are send to the top management. The company prepares monthly sales report against sales target.

Service Promotion DOZE Internet is a new company with not-so-new product in the market, Started promoting the brand in traditional way instead of going with heavy marketing, DOZE decided to go with slow promotional strategy. As DOZE is not doing heavy marketing, so it is difficult to know about their service, advertisements on social Medias, visual or print medias or some other places. Customer get to know about their fast internet service if they visit Doze office and from their official website by creating an account.

Conclusion and Recommendation  From the report we get to know that financial benefits of Doze internet are not in a go position even though they give high speed internet service, and employee’s increment as well as motivation is not up-to-the-mark.  They speed their businesses in different areas but they sometimes they face difficulties to maintain the businesses effectively with good management system. Recommendation  Doze internet should take service marketing in a serious way to achieve profits and to increase brand value  Manage a good management system to achieve organizational goals.  Need to focus on giving a good customer service to satisfy them.  The company can increase the number of internet users by giving low rate internet packages and increase more of their operation in different districts.
