Purpose
. Provide travel and transport arrangements for WSS customers at Dubai lnternational Airport
and in all UAE seaports
lnterrelations
. Reporting to the Asst. Manager - Travel & Transport (Dominic Rozario).
Formal authorities
. To act in accordance with daily responsibility and duties as directed by Asst. Manager - Travel
& Transport.
o Assume the responsibilities of Asst. Manager - Travel & Transport, during his absence.
Main responsibilities
. Arranging and booking of air tickets, hotel and transport for Crew, VIP'S, ln-House companies
and WSS staff.
. Purchase of air tickets as requested or instructed, collection of PTA from airlines.
. Arranging hotel accommodation as requested.
. Arranging WSS, Hotel or 3'd party transport as requested.
. Sending OK to board and letter of invitation to Airlines, Crew Manning companies.
. Preparing Seamen immigration forms.
Accountabilities
. Ensure customers informed where Airport Representative will 'Meet & Greet' inside Dubai
lnternational Airport.
. Updating of air ticket purchase log and system file.
. Ensure daily transport slips reconciled with daily airport movements.
. Maintain and update transport and crew change files.
. Seaman visas to be reconciled with daily airport movements and filed.
. Seaman visas to be acquitted to relevant Seaport lmmigration after crew departing U.A.E.
. Daily airport movement sheet to be filed after checking.
. Follow up with lost luggage reports for arriving customers at Dubai lnternational Airport.
. Ensure that Driver Representatives and Airport Representatives perform tasks as per travel
instructions.
. Keep updated air ticket prices for regular routes, also required for staff.
o Filing all correspondence with regards to hotel rates, passport copies, visas etc.
. Assist Manager - Travel & Transport with daily activities as instructed.
