people get to know each other to find job
opportunities.
• The goal is to be recommended to
someone, or to learn about someone who is
looking for and needs the service that you
provide.

• What we documented with the project:
– Circles of relationships, planning meetings, getting into
the community, job shadow days, internal networking,
informal networking, informal business networking,
CSR breakfast, networking clubs, cooperation with state
organization and agencies

• Non-Profit Social Firm offering consulting,
education, vocational training and employment
for disabled people
• plus one project for long-term unemployed
persons without disabilities
• About 630 Employees, short- and longterm
• Socially oriented, diversity oriented, service
provider and producer/manufacturer in 11

• Fixed program
– 1,5 hour - always in the morning
• Short introduction in 60 sec (members and guests)
• Focus on business (10 min)
• Networking break
• Educational point (5 min)
• Sharing contacts, arranging meetings and/or
cooperation
10. Breakfast for social responsibility
• Rytmus had been looking for a cheaper way to
meet employers than BforB.
• Trying out, adjusting the scenario and the PR for
the meeting
• Number of invited companies minimum 100 per
meeting -> Number of participants +- 10
• Goal: to meet and become partners with new
potential employers and get new jobs, promoting
CSR idea, present SE services
11. Breakfast for social
responsibility
• Breakfasts are 3 times per year - we try to invite
employers every 4 months
• We cooperated with Council of Prague 2, now (?)
• What we do:
– We invite employers.
– Present SE.
– Offer cooperation.
– Try to inspire employers.
