2. LANGUAGES
FINAL YEAR PROJECT ( FYP )
The Final Year Project is Research Based Project. The research title is Adaptive Boosting Method for
Multi-Class Applications Using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) Classifier. This project application is to generate
results in classification process accurately and save time. Instead of manually classified data into correct classes, I
developed an automatic classification system based on AdaBoost.M1 algorithm using Matlab Software.
Meetings with project supervisor held to present weekly outcomes. Other than a full report of this project and a
logbook, I also prepared a technical report using IEEE format.
INTEGRATED DESIGN PROJECT ( IDP )
Integrated Design Project is a group Final Year Project. The title of project is Automatic Roof System
for Seedlings. The objective of project is to design and construct a marketable product, specifically, an
Automatic Roof for Seedlings. As a team leader, I was responsible for making the group decisions such as in
defining product specifications, choosing suitable components, ensuring that we stay within the budget allocated
to each group, and preparing the final report. Basic Stamp Software, Proteus Software and AutoCAD Software
were used in the design and development of hardware control purpose.
SKILLS / STRENGTHS
 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD 2007, CAD/CAM.
 Basic knowledge in arc and gas welding, soldering, drilling, and machining.
