In Sales:
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals

• Reviewing customer feedback and then suggesting ways to improve processes and service levels.

• Ensure the visibility of product to be maximum by accurate promotional activities.

Customer Support:
Objective: For wireless walkie talkie I have to getting the govt license by using technical
parameters and as well as clear the doubts on the technical parameters while using the
walkie talies by the customer.
• Preparing the license forms for the clients by using their Technical details
• Submitting with DOT( Department of Telecommunication) through online
• Process the license formalities with the govt dept at the final stage
• Get the license for the customer from the WPC( Wireless Planning and Co-ordination Wing).
• Then every one year renew the license for each and every customer.
• For some customer the license cancellation, modification, condemnation certificate for walkie
talkies will get from the govt.
• Customer handling in various angles (Clearing issues in technical part, License, service,
