Professional Experience Summary:
I’m Lead Assessor for laboratory Accreditation (ISO 17025:2005).
I have advanced experiences on Quality Management System (QMS) (ISO 9001 -
ISO17025 - ISO 17020 - ISO22000 / HACCP) and personal Hygiene.
I have more than 26 years experienced in food testing, water, juices beverages, dairy
products, fruit & vegetable, honey, oil and fat and testing of all food products. Detection
of food adulteration including halal food, pesticide residues and others.
I have worked in setting up all kind of testing laboratories including, but not limited to,
designing and layout, preparing the testing equipment, hiring the qualified staff,
calculating the cost, providing the test price, and providing and preparing all documents
for accreditation along with laboratories staff.

Proudly I have been involved in getting ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 accreditation for all 16
MOTABAQAH Laboratories (16 laboratories are accredited by the Saudi Accreditation
Committee (SAC) and some of these laboratories are accredited by full member of the
ILAC MRA and Signatories).
I have experience in laws and regulations related to testing laboratories and procedures
of imported goods to ensure their compliance with the local, regional and international
standards and technical regulations.
I had the honor to work in the kitchens and food preparing and providing places in the
palaces of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz -May
God have mercy on him - for a period of fifteen years as a part-time supervisor to
implement the food safety management system and personal hygiene.

laboratory accredited by the Saudi Accreditation Committee (SAC) and some of
these laboratories are accredited by full member of the ILAC.
 Involved in the setting up, employment of staff, test methods and all processing
of establishing MOTABAQAH Laboratories.
 Responsible and direct supervision and coordination for accreditation of
laboratory in accordance with ISO / IEC 17020: 2012 (only one Laboratory
accredited by of a member of ILAC (DAC).
 Participated on Conferences and Workshops locally and International as
representative of Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MCI) in food, food testing
and chemicals.
 Participated on Conferences of (Unite Nations Environmental Programs (UNEP)
with the Official Saudi Delegation as representative of MCI.
 Representative of the Quality Control Lab, Ministry of Commerce and Industry at
the Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers.
 Participated in the preparation of SASO and the GCC food standards through
technical committees at Saudi Arabia Standards, Metrology and Quality
Organization (SASO).
 Participated on Conferences and Workshops as representative of Saudi
Laboratories Co. “MOTABAQAH” to highlight the rule of MOTABAQH and its
testing laboratories in protect the consumer and trader from fraud and
