It’s good to have certain calling hours and
certain people within the team that do the
calls
Podio
We only use podio
1 Rule
We call an applicant within 48 hours after
the time he/she has applied
Smile
They can’t see it, but they can feel it!
Beforethe call
We check the application and see:
• First name
• Date of birth (<30)
• The project he/she is interested in (better
be just one)
• Reason of participating (just have an quick
view of expectations)
• Check if CV is attached. If not we ask it
during the call
InfoNeeded
We are sure we know all the info and dates
needed (info seminar, projects we promote,
interview hours, etc)
*Otherwise we make a draft and have them
in front of us at the time we do the calls
During the call
1. Share your name and purpose of calling
2. Be friendly and talk to singular
3. Make sure you don’t interrupt something
4. Inform him/her that he has filled in the
formal application of participation in
Explore
5. Close a personal/expectation meeting
6. Suggest certain hours and don’t let it
open
7. Be quick (every call should be 1-2 min)

• Γεια σου Γιώργο! Είμαι η Εύη και σε καλώ
από την AIESEC Οικονομικού
Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.
• Τι κάνεις; Δεν σε ενοχλώ;!
• Σε παίρνω γιατί χτες/σήμερα/πριν λίγο
έκανες την επίσημη αίτηση συμμετοχής
στο πρόγραμμα Explore!
(Απλά για να ολοκληρωθεί η αίτησή σου,
βεβαιώσου ότι θα μου στείλεις μέχρι
σήμερα/αύριο το βράδυ το βιογραφικό σου)
• Από εδώ και πέρα αυτό που πρέπει να
κάνουμε είναι να κλείσουμε μια συνάντηση
για να δεις λίγο πιο αναλυτικά τα
προγράμματα αλλά και για να σου
εξηγήσουμε τη διαδικασία.
• Τι θα έλεγες για Δευτέρα στις 2 ή Τρίτη στις
3; Η συνάντηση θα γίνει στο γραφείο της
AIESEC, Πατησίων 80, 1ος όροφος.
• Ωραία τότε, τα λέμε Δευτέρα/Τρίτη! Γεια!!!!
Afterthe call
• Make sure you fill in immediately the
podio comments
• Make sure you note the day and hour of
the meeting and share it with your team
exactly after the calls
*The days and hours that you suggest have
to fit in with the hours and days that you or
your co-team members are available! (Of
course!!)
Hang up
Be sure that in case they don’t pick up, we
keep the follow up and call again at the end
of the other calls and again the next day
*If it’s been a long time since the application
is done and we can’t reach him, we try to call
from a cell phone
***You have to remember that a
proper contact management is
half the raise!!!!
